Space
Ascending to the top floor, you’ll find a luxurious master bedroom, along with two charming double bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom. This floor also boasts a well-appointed kitchen, complemented by inviting front and back living and dining areas.
The lower floor offers a cozy double bedroom, accompanied by an adjoining room featuring two bunk beds, all sharing a convenient bathroom. With a total capacity of comfortably hosting 10 guests, this property is perfect for families or groups.
Originally a listed building, our residence has been lovingly restored and adorned by a talented Greek interior designer. Retaining its Cycladic neoclassical charm, the space seamlessly integrates modern conveniences for your comfort and enjoyment.
Step outside to discover a three-level garden at the rear of the building, leading directly to the sea with breathtaking views of the enchanting island of Mykonos. Guests of this property have exclusive access to two of the garden levels, while the upper level is reserved for the owner or guests of the top-floor flat. Please note that the staircase to the sea is shared among all occupants.

Local Transportation within Syros:

Public Buses (KTEL): Syros offers a reliable public bus system that connects Ermoupolis to various parts of the island. While Vaporia is a short walk from the city center, buses can take you to other destinations like Azolimnos and Kini. One-way tickets cost between €1.60 and €1.70.
Taxis: Taxis are readily available, especially in Ermoupolis. They provide a convenient way to reach destinations not serviced by buses or for late-night travel.
