Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before check-in and receive a full refund of all payments made.
Partial Refund
If a reservation is cancelled between 14 days and 7 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable Period
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
Check-In Day / No-Show
If the guest cancels on the day of check-in or does not arrive, the reservation is considered a no-show
100% of the total booking amount will be charged
Shortened Stays / Early Departure
After check-in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights if the guest decides to shorten their stay
Reservation Modifications
Changes to dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in
Any price differences due to seasonality or rate changes will apply
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the guest’s or Alba Residences’ control (e.g. government restrictions, natural disasters), Alba Residences may, at its discretion, offer:
Date change, or
Credit for a future stay
